Music Review: Good overall collection

This is a wonderful collection of harpsichord music by Bob van Asperen. It contains the famous "Harmonious Blacksmith" theme and variations and the famous passacaille that is reminiscent of Buxtehude and Bach. The instrument is a wonderful sounding copy of a Pascal Taskin in 1764.
I would recommend this cd to any piano student or harpsichord student for an idea of interpretation and well trained musical tastes in the genre of baroque keyboard performance.
