Music Review: The Sound the Recording Engineer Hears!

Finally, the wait is over; the Monster Music version of this recording is out. No regular CD will sound the same. With a Bose 5.1 surround system to play this special Audio-DVD recording you feel quite literally like you are in the recording studio. This dual disc set includes the regular audio CD as well, so you can take that with you when surround isn't available. Ironically, my least favorite song on the album is the first song, a remake of the James Taylor tune "Don't Let Me Be Lonely Tonight", while the last tune, another remake, Christopher Cross's "Sailing" will take your breath away. This is a wonderful album with some great guest artists both writing songs especially for George, and others playing in the recording. George Benson fans will be thrilled to experience a whole new audio environment - bringing George Benson's recording session into your home entertainment environment.
