Music Review: Bach's Likely Music to Play with Friends/Family

How outstanding to learn that one of Bach's brothers was an oboeist, and just think what they played to celebrate his brother's receiving spot on King of Sweden's orchestra. So, this is collection of what JS and brother and friends might have played, done on period instruments.
Allan Vogel provides just a breathtaking performance on oboe and oboe d'amore. The other instrumentalists do an equally wonderful job, with flute, viola, and harpsichord.
There are pieces by such as Telemann, Couperin as well as JS's works themselves. Delightful, lilty, graceful music. Cheers one up just to listen, however, equally great to play as background for appetizers and/or dining enjoyment.
