I saw the documentary of Paul Pena's plight in trying to travel to Tuvan and the Throat-Singing competition he participated in. This soundtrack I hope helps preserve a bit of world culture - too often lost in the rush to Americanize/westernize and swamp the world in cheap pop.Music Review: Haunting music from great artists

This music is almost certainly unlike anything else you've ever heard. The songs in this album are a rare treasure and document a beautiful art form. I also HIGHLY recommend the documentary DVD.
