Music Review: Good fluffy classical

I have bought and listened to alot of these 18th century symphonies. I am not a musical expert, so I just go by what I like and what sounds good.
I like classical symphonies to be short, happy and somewhat fluffy. I actually prefer this type of music to much of Mozart's symphonies because his are too heavy and long winded for when you want 'classical'.
For the 18th century symphoies set by Naxos, I think this CD is perhaps the best one.
The second symphony on the disc, the one in D, not sure if it's Beck or Gossec, may be the best all around light symphony I have heard. It's nothing earth shattering, just 4 good movements with the best ones being last.
