This single track CD is exactly what the title says - an Eternal OM. I love this CD! It induces a deep state of relaxation in me, allowing me to move more quickly into deep meditative states, or just to de-stress as I go about other things.
Although I love it and gave 5 stars, I will say that a rare few of my clients find the Eternal OM too repetitious and droning to be soothed by it. They tend to be the ones who never stop thinking, who are extremely mentally active, those who process every detail consciously and are distracted by sounds that don't resolve. If that is you, you might not like this CD, but most people love it and want to own it themselves.
Description of Eternal Om
The ON is all sound and silence throughout time, the roar of eternity and the essence of pure begins. It invokes the ALL that is otherwise inexpressible and it is the highest spiritual sound on earth.
