I noticed that the original release date shown for this product says 1971. In case that this could help anyone, the original release was in 1985. None of the 3 singers in this production (Charlie Aponte, Jerry Rivas and Papo Rosario) were part of El Gran Combo in 1971. The first one who joined the group was Charlie in 1973.

This is an excellent recording containing Christmas-related songs! It is so good that it could be heard anytime during the year. One of my favorite EGC recordings. Listen to "El Arbolito" and "Desenfunda" and you will see.
