Music Review: Dreaming sleep

This cd is based on waves that the brain possess and using those waves to induce the brain into the state that you would like and train it to go. The Theta wave is the dreaming state of sleep. This cd focuses on the deep theta or this dreaming state. I play this at night when i sleep and it helps to relax me. I am not much of a spiritual person (although this would be a great help and experience i believe for those who are) and i bought it for the science aspect of it (brainwaves).
You must give it a try! it is a 3-d affect with the music and you feel it move and vibrate through your body. It puts you in a relaxed and sleepy mood, to help problem solve any problems you have. THat is what our dreams are, to solve and help resolve any issues we may have in our lives.
Fair Waring though-- I do DREAM ALOT when using this cd at night. I like it and don't mind it, but they are much more vivid and more dreams at night then when it don't play the cd.
You must try this cd. you will not be dissipointed.
