This music has been specifically created with Osho for the Osho Nataraj Meditation, which is "dancing" meditation in a series of revolutionary "Active Meditations" described in Osho's book "Meditation: The First and Last Freedom," from St. Martin's Press and others, and also available from amazon.com. These Active Meditations are designed for the modern restless mind. They lead you from intense physical activity to an experience of silence. People who love to dance and to celebrate will like the music of this CD. Meditating with this music is the best work out you can get!There are three stages in the Nataraj Meditation lasting a total of 60 minutes: . With eyes closed dance as if possessed. Let your unconscious take over completely. Do not control your movements. Just be totally in the dance. "Let the dance flow in its own way; don't force it. Rather, follow it; allow it to happen. It is not a doing but a happening. Remain in the mood of fe! stivity.
