Music for the Osho Nadabrahma Meditation, which is a relaxing excercise meditation in a series of revolutionary "Active Meditations" described in Osho's book "Meditation: The First and Last Freedom," from St. Martin's Press and others, and also available from amazon.com. These Active Meditations are designed for the modern restless mind. They lead you from physical activity to an experience of silence. This meditation is a beautiful one to do alone or with a partner. This meditation based on an old Tibetan technique of humming, which creates a beautiful vibration throughout the body, and slow hand movements which centers your energy at the navel.Soft Tibetan Bells and a beautiful soft music support the different phases of this process.
Nadabrahma meditation lasts for one hour and has three stages. It can be done at any time of day.
Phase One: Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed and lips together humming loudly enough to be heard by othe! rs and create a vibration throughout your body. You can visualize a hollow tube or an empty vessel, filled only with the vibrations of the humming. A point will come when the humming continues by itself and you become the listener. There is no special breathing and you can alter the pitch or move your body smoothly and slowly if you feel like it.
