Music Review: THIS IS CHRISTIAN??

This type of music is made in an effort to be loyal to the world and be loyal to jesus at the same time. I've seen this happen so many times in cristian music since the early nineties it makes me sick. Even bands with SOME good musical taste like switchfoot forsake gods praise in oder to please humanity. Just about every popular cristian rock band to date has used methods of serving man to bring them popularity. You know who humanity serves dont you?? That's right, satan!
They forsake the praise that only god can give. You cannot have two masters. Whoever said It's simply the lyrics that make or unmake a song cristian or unchristian had their head on backwords. God gave humanity the freedom to express themselves however they choose. He gave us a limitless scale in which to express ourselves. Just as there is vulgarity in words, their is defenitely vulgarity in music and composition. You can use a pencil to write a beutiful poem, or to stab somebody in the head.
They have a demons skull on the front of their cd. They have song titles as follows: screams of the undead, my throat is an open grave, Through the black, infected, etc. Their next cd is called summer of darkness. Who do these people think they are? Humans cant kill demons, are they deceived? I think so. Besides, THEY'RE ALREADY DEAD! And even if they could, vengeance is mine sayeth the LORD. This music is like going out and murdering so we can see how bad it is and then saying "now dont do that!" I don't need you to show me how bad satan is, I already know! I was a sinner, remember?? I see sin happening all around me!
This band is taking the focus off of god and turning it towards satan and calling it cristian! Please dont buy this cd. PLease be careful when you're looking for christian "rock" music, because it's not what you think it is. When you look for christian music, ask yourself, would jesus aprreciate this music? or would he smash the cd? I KNOW he would smash a demon hunter cd. What is going on people? Try and remember, hot or cold. Luke warm and god will spit you out.
If people think poplular christian music today sucks, yes it does. WHy?? Becuase it's POPULAR. Most chrisitan music is bad because they're not intially seeking god or his inspiration in the first place . They're simply trying to add christian principles to worldy music. And it doesnt work! I know how you feel..you think that if theres no good heavy metal christian music then there must be no good cristian music. But it's not true. We accept jesus by faith, not becuase he plays the most popular heavy metal music around. He has music waiting for us in heaven that's so awesome you'll never think about the music we had here on earth.
If god were to come down and play music for you it would kick Led Zeppelins butt so bad they would fall over and die in embarrasment.And he wouldn't need to have angry growling, and noisy, disharmonious, unmelodic heavy metal guitars to do it. It's just NOISE dang it. You wanna hear A GOOD noise?? Just wait until you hear that trumpet sound!! That trumpet blast will shatter all the supposed glory of worldly rock music to pieces. This music breeds hate, rebellion and anger. If you are in alliance with the world, you are against god. You either gather or you scatter. Don't act like them. Don't do the things they do! as quoted in scripture, dont touch the unclean thing! Do you see the rock and roll culture doing anything GOOD?? I don't! It's all about drugs and rebellion! That's ALL it is. Can you see that?..... If you think I'm preaching, you're darn tootin'! Nothing wrong with a little preachin'! amen, GOD bless you and DONT BUY THIS JUNK!
