Music Review: Review of Healing Waters Music CD by Dean Evanson.

This is another fine album of master flutist Dean Evanson. His single or dueling flutes combined with other organic accompany instruments such as acoustic guitar, harp, guquin as well as keyboards here and there paint a scenic scape of blue waters and playful wales and dolphins. The melodies are harmonic and relaxing and not overdone.
I find it very soothing when receiving a massage and enjoy it much while giving a massage too. It is a great addition to your collection if you are a massage therapist (your clients will love it), meditate, or enjoy quiet moments alone or with someone special. This CD contains the Earth resonance frequency of 7.8 hertz and listening suggestions to enhance a deep state of relaxation.
Here's an exerpt from the inside album cover about the frequency:
"...This natural frequency of the planet's ionisphere supports relaxation, meditation, and "super learning". The brain goes into an alpha state under the influence of of this frequency. Our nervous system fires at close to this frequency. Dolphins, whales and crickets communicate at this frequency. It is a sub-audio vibration and can be felt but not heard. Through aligning with this original frequency of our planet we support our own healing...." Thus the album name.
If you are new to Dean this would be a terrific album to start with. If you don't care much for the occassional sounds of whales, you may want to try another istead. Happy listening!
