Music Review: Delicate and enchanting

As a professional Reiki practitioner, I am always looking for music that will enhance the feeling of safety in the work space. The depth of connection to the (Tibetan & Nepalese) bowls that Becher has keeps him from forcing his own 'direction' on them, allowing the bowls to reveal their nature and effect. Becher undoubtedly knows a lot about how the sounds emanating from the bowls affect both halves of our brain, but for somebody who doesn't and who simply wants steady, unforced music/sound (without recognizable melody or demanding rhythm) through which a person (practitioner or client) can truly relax because s/he feels safe, 'Tibetan Singing Bowls' is a wonderful find.
The first cut does contain a short higher-pitched rushing crescendo of a Chinese gong, which is a bit of a startling shift in the atmosphere (and possibly makes that piece less appropriate for Reiki work or meditation) -- hence the four stars.
