I first heard this over twenty years ago and bought the cassette tape. I put both pieces of music from this onto a mixed tape, which I took to Desert Storm with me for meditation. This music is very peaceful, uplifting and an excellent stressbuster; in fact, the unit chaplain wound up copying that tape for use in the chapel. This is the third CD I have bought because friends keep 'borrowing' it. No worries though, I don't mind spreading a little serenity where I can.
If you enjoy new age music, this is one of the best.
