I'd like to start by saying that I am a long-time client of Tina Sacchi. In 2002, I started seeing Tina Sacchi for private hynotherapy consultations. With her enouragement, hypnotherapy and meditation have become a way of life for me. With hypnotherapy and meditation, I have experienced many personal transformations. Meditation puts you in touch with your spiritual side and creates balance in your life...especially during these stressful times that can throw you off your center. This CD has helped me to get in touch with my spiritual guides. I was having trouble connecting with my spiritual guides by myself in my personal meditations. This CD helps me find my guides easily, so I can receive the many messages they want to offer me. And I can use it anytime I need to connect with my guides, so this CD has become an active part of my meditation CD library. I purchased Tina's two other CDs. The Serenity CD I use for sleep, and the weight loss CD I use routinely to help me stay on track with my eating habits. You can use Tina's CDs on a regular basis, and you get a different response every time you hear them. These CDs help you make lifestyle changes; listening to them routinely helps reinforce good lifestyle habits.
