Music Review: Beautifully, Hauntingly sad

Wow. I've had this album for about 2 years now, it just gets better and better. Every once in a while I'll play it. It amazes me the threads that seem to weave through it. It's definitely an ALBUM, as opposed to a collection of singles. I like virtually every song on the album, but i think one of the most important is the "Light at the end of the Tunnel" which is just audio of someone recounting their near death experience. How true is it, no matter how many good things we've done doesn't look like much when analyzed over our lives. That track really stirs me. All of the others are fantastic as well, I'd say there isn't a bad one in the bunch, save for "Moving to Canada" which just isn't my cup of tea. I did have to listen 2 or 3 times before it really all made sense and came together for me, so it's not an "easy" album, but sometimes the more difficult music is the stuff that really lasts.
