I purchased three different meditation cd's of Christophers.. When I first started listening to them I wasn't quite sure what to make of them. His tone of voice and the music seemed overly dramatic, almost like a Halloween story! I've tried listening to all of the Cd's repeatedly hoping to change my mind, but that hasn't happened.. His Cd's are full of very dramtatic music and sound effects and his voice is just too dramatic.. He takes you through a very long process of trying to reach a deep mediative state of mind, and that does work, but the problem is, he goes on for so long getting you into this state, that by time he gets to the point of the cd, in this case, meeting your spiritual guides, I've either fallen asleep or mind has gone somewhere else.. I suddenly realize the cd is over and I missed the point of the cd.. Other meditation cd's work for me, but unfortunately, his cd's do not.. I had originally rated this product as a 5 because the cd's are very well done, but after a couple of months of trying to reap the rewards of his cd's, I've given up and moved on to another artist.. I never met any spiritual guides or reaped any other rewards other than falling asleep easily!
