Christopher Love is very good at what he does. He uses a lot of Theta & Delta sounds. All his CDs that I have listened to are extremely relaxing, which is a good thing for meditating. In the relaxed state, the listener is susceptible to the suggestions. Mr. Love's voice is nice and his wording isn't freaky either(like some "hypnotherapists" with CDs out there). His voice is strong but not intimidating. His wording is simple, yet thoughtful and thorough.
As with any guided meditation, you should stick with one program for 30 days; they don't always mix so well and it's always best to keep things simple for the subconscious. After the 30 days, you can mix as you wish.
When it comes to audio hypnosis or subliminal tracks, better quality headphones result in more effective results. Sennheiser is best brand that I know of. They have headphones for all price ranges too. $25-$1,400. $1700 for headphones is a bit outrageous I think, but to each their own

Anyway, this is a very effective CD. I just wouldn't suggest listening to any of his materials at the beginning of a day because they're so relaxing(I cannot state that enough). This would actually be perfect for unwinding at the end of a long day.
