Years ago I had a Medium/Psychic group that would meet in my home.More than a couple of times we used Christopher Love cds.The CDs were great help because no one person had to lead a meditation.We all had very good experiences with the cds.
The sounds are very effective, but do seem a little different at first,as it says on the case its "Brainwave Technology" whatever it is it works.
He has a very calm deep voice. The more you use them the more it all will drift right by you
The review before mine mentioned John Hollands work and Psychic Navigator as being a better choice.While that book and cd may be great for someone who is really new and just starting out. I could not see that working for anyone who has studied for awhile.Or if you wish to use the cd more than a couple of times
Also when I ordered this CD I was sent the wrong one. I wrote them(CL CDs) and told them I was planing on using the CD for my group. They not only sent me a another CD in time, but told me to keep the double CD they had sent
