I have tried literally everything to lose weight, up to and including weight loss surgery. Then I bought this CD two weeks ago and my desire to overeat completely disappeared the first time I listened to it! I started losing weight the very first day. I am enjoying good food again instead of being a slave to it. I listen to this CD every morning when I wake up and every night before I fall asleep. I sleep much better and feel much more relaxed throughout the day. I feel calmer and more in control of not only my eating, but also my emotions and stress level. I am so impressed with it that I just purchased 7 CD's from this author. I highly recommend his products!
