Music Review: Very short meditations and odd didactic endings

I don't have kids but bought this on a recommendation from a salesperson in a store. I am glad for people that the CD helps their insomniac little ones sleep. I personally didn't like the CD at all and regret buying it - but I take chances and try new things. I didn't like that the 'meditations' are very short - just a couple minutes of intro - such as going down to the sea bottom with a mer-person - and then you are quickly just left "to explore" and the CD then has basically just long periods of background noise (sometimes with pleasant background music, and sometimes odd background noise, er, music). But I agree with the other reviewer that the (sometimes strong male) voice that comes after each 'meditation' gives a very odd didactic and sometimes negative, almost threatening, message. I didn't want to keep the CD, but hesitated to give it to a friend of mine with a young son who has sleeping issues because of these "thou shall not...if you are a good person" messages. Very odd for this type of media and audience.
