Music Review: Now playing in Second Life heaven

Calling this a "band" is kind of stretching it, these are two journeyman Swedish guys who composed by email, with one their wives adding vocals. So far they've actually only performed once. What we got here is real upbeat dream pop with neat little hooks and pretty vocals (in English), jangling guitars and a cheesy organ. For that kind of music, this is nearly perfect, every one of these songs is a polished gem. I can't pick out any particular song for you that kills, but there's not a weak effort here either.

Now understand, I hate this, because it's just too freaking gleeful and happy, but that doesn't mean it isn't great (one of the songs they apparently made for me, "Music Makes Me Sick"; yup). Jeez, life must be pretty sunny in Stockholm, isn't one of your relatives dying of cancer or something? It might help. But if a perky Belle and Sebastian sounds like it might be up your alley, definitely check this out.
