Music Review: Good

Of course, its not as good as Keasbey Nights, but everyone needs to realize that they are way different now and will never sound like Keasbey Nights again. Definetly better than Dinosaur Sounds, but still not as good as Alone In a Crowd. Well I'll do the thing that a lot of other people do and rate each song.
1. Prologue- Very good opener, kinda decieving tho because it makes it seem like the cd will be very ska, but its not. (9/10)
2. The Spark (1902)- A very cool reggae song, but kinda repetative and the part where it speeds up a lot doesnt work good with the rest of the song. (7/10)
3. Party Song (1917)- Sweet punk/ska song, very very catchy. 2nd best on the cd. (10/10)
4. The Decembrists' Song (1921)- Pretty cool song. More on the rock side. The guitar on the verses reminds me of Rage Against The Machine kinda. (8/10)
5. A Minor Point (1922)- Cool punk/ska song, sounds like Party Song. (9/10)
6. On The Black Sea (1924)- Very cool sounding song, sounds nothing like I've heard before. 3rd best on the cd. (10/10)
7. Bad Party (1927)- Sweet song, punk but with really cool horns, very very catchy, and the ending is very cool sounding. My favorite song on the cd. (11/10)
8. Alma-Ata (1928)- Cool guitar at first but then it gets to be very repetitive, slow jazzy song but it kinda drags on cause theres no change in the music. (6/10)
9. The Purge (1936)- Sweet punk/ska song like #s 3 and 5. (9/10)
10. Opportunity (1940)- Cool reggae song, kinda like #2 but more melodic. (8/10)
11. Epilogue- Slow acoustic song. The vocals kinda sound like something disney would do (not the lyrics, the way he sings the lyrics), but its kind of a bad way to end the cd. (7/10)

Overall I'd say that this is a good cd. I like it way more than Dinosaur Sound because they stopped singing about girls and started singing about politics.
