Music Review: ...They've Done Better...

BO9 is obviously truly a great band, but considering all of the other great stuff they have made, I see no reason for you to buy this album until you've tried the other ones. Yes, the music is great, catchy, and something good to buy, but B09 has done better. I suggest you check out Songs In The Key Of Bree and Barfly if you are a true ska fanatic, or Libido if you are more into pop rock. This album is the beginning of Buck O Nine's transition to pop rock, Libido being the latest effort. Since their new label, TVT, is letting them "do their own thing", they are changing to be a little more generic. I suggest that if you are a true ska freak, forget Buck and go for LTJ, Aquabats, Mustard Plug, RBF etc etc. If you are into pop rock, remember this band's name the next time you buy a CD.P.S. I have no idea where "their vocalist sounds like a frog" came from, but that is a totally inaccurate statement. If you have listened to an actual live frog before, it bears no resemblence to their singer.
