Music Review: The Beauty Of Solitude

You like to feel you are in the room with the artist as his/her music is playing? You like to think they are playing only to/for you? Well look no further. This really is the most intimate album you will ever hear. Billy (Will Oldham, for it is he)at times seems pained just getting the words out over a bare acoustic guitar backing. But believe me, this is wonderful stuff. Think Nick Drake meets Hank Williams after attending a childs funeral. You get the picture. Play the album, hide the paracetemol.
