There is something magical about this cd. It really opens up the energy centers and especially for me, peaks at the crown. I absolutely love the CD. I listen to it day or night and it really puts me into a space of calmness and clarity. Would like to explore other tibetian bowl music to see if is is the bowls in general or this specific recording.

I bought this CD for meditation and to lull me to sleep. It works well for both. It is not "New Agey" - just the bowls and chimes. No synthesizer music which I find distracting and annoying. A pure sound. Good recording. Recommended!
