After hearing a selection from this album on the radio.....I just had to get this album to see what all this was banjo music was all about.... Well, I'll tell you, that this babe can pick!!! Alison Brown and her group blend a sometimes jazzy feeling with piano and other instruments that is surprisingly, refreshing and loved it!!!!!........all the musicians on this CD really have it together.......Until now, I never heard of her.......Well if she hasn't been discovered by the masses it seems that it will only be a matter of time before someone brings her to the spotlight for everyone to enjoy......Bravo Alison...... I think you may have created a new genre of music...
